		<description>It does restore int RSG.  As long as the checkbox &quot;this database can be overwriten by a restore&quot; is checked, I&#039;ll restore into the RSG.  Also, NEVER check this box on a production IS unless you want to restore to the IS directly.  This is only in cases where your production IS is corrupt.  

Redirection to the RSG is not handled by the backup softwre but by Exchange</description>

		<description>Normally at 8GB you would be looking at server based hardware.  I personally have not see a power user use that much RAM.  Software wiseHar, the OS has to support PAE or be 64bit. Hardware-wise, just make sure the motherboard supports more than 4GB.</description>
